Who is this method for? This method is suitable for adolescents, adults, and older individuals seeking self-discovery and willing to address personal conflicts and emotions. It's designed for those attending individual sessions voluntarily, without external pressure.
How do you prepare for the session? Please Do Come ;). I make it a point to thoroughly review any medical results the client may have, encouraging them to bring these documents along for our sessions. Prior to our initial consultation, I request clients to sign a Client Statement, which remains valid throughout our therapeutic collaboration and complies with GDPR regulations. It's crucial to clarify that I do not, under any circumstances, advise discontinuing any medication. This decision rests solely with the specialist overseeing the client's care. Our approach, TB/RH, serves as a complementary therapy to traditional Allopathic Medicine and does not constitute a diagnosis. What I do ask for is a positive attitude and a commitment to open and honest communication.
Is it possible to use this method with children or with animals? The Healing Through Consciousness method operates on the principles of universal natural laws, extending its assistance to all living beings, encompassing adults, children, and even animals. During the session, neither the child nor the animal directly participates; instead, it's the adult caretaker or guardian who represents them. This scenario marks the sole exception where I collaborate with a third party rather than the patient directly. The parent or caregiver presents the concerns or conflicts of the child or pet, and together we delve into identifying the root cause of their ailment. Subsequently, upon returning home, the client autonomously engages in self-work with the child or pet, utilizing recommended techniques such as working with a photo, verbal expression, composing a release letter, or others. It's essential to acknowledge that both children and pets often mirror unresolved conflicts within the household, absorbing unaddressed emotions and thereby relieving unconscious burdens from the adults. Hence, it's beneficial for the adult most involved or aware of the familial dynamics to participate in the session regarding the child. Similarly, regarding the animal, ideally, the emotionally invested adult or the owner should attend the consultation. How many consultations will it take to heal my conflict? Understanding the duration of therapy is often more apparent in hindsight, usually after the therapeutic process is complete. It can be difficult to determine upfront, especially after only the initial session. The number of sessions required can vary greatly, influenced by a multitude of factors. The depth of the underlying issues may not always be fully understood from the initial conflict presented by the client. Sometimes, what appears to be a minor issue can unfold into a prolonged exploration, while a major problem may be resolved in a single session. Factors such as the client's receptiveness, the timing of therapy, the supportive environment, and the insights gained all play critical roles. As a general guideline, I usually recommend a maximum of five sessions, although there may be exceptions, particularly when clients present with multiple concurrent issues or complicated illnesses. Also, the context changes when a client returns with either the same or a new problem. While the latter may not be a direct continuation of the initial therapy, familiarity with the client's history can expedite assistance, often leading to quicker resolution.
What does such a 1-2-1 session look like? During the initial session, we will spend around 1.5 hours together. In the subsequent sessions, we'll meet for an hour each time. The sessions are designed to be a conversation, where I will attentively listen to you and together, we will define the objectives for the session. I will guide the conversation by asking relevant questions and collaborating with you to find answers. Our sessions will take place one-on-one, either in my office or online. Confidentiality is of utmost importance and there will be no witnesses or third parties present. You do not need to undress during the session. Even when we opt for gentle pressure on acupressure points to help with emotional release, you can remain fully clothed. Physical touch is not a part of our sessions, except for when we use the aforementioned method or in urgent situations such as fainting episodes or rapid emotional releases, where intervention may be necessary.
I don't have much money - is there any point in starting the whole process? Certainly! The first session lasts for 90 minutes and involves intensive work that provides valuable insights into oneself and one's familial dynamics. Clients not only gain understanding but also learn fundamental self-work techniques that empower them to find relief and embark on their healing journey independently. It is important to recognize that every action we take for ourselves has an impact on the information field of our ancestors and descendants. Therefore, it is crucial to consider the broader context. By delving into the intricacies of our own healing, we contribute positively to the collective tapestry of our family history and future generations.
Will what I say be kept confidential? I understand the importance of professional ethics when working with clients, and I always prioritize confidentiality in order to maintain trust. This is particularly important when working with families or closely connected individuals, where transparency about sharing information is important while still respecting each person's privacy. It is essential that all clients feel secure and their privacy is respected, regardless of their background or status. I treat every person with equal respect and trust in the therapeutic relationship. In situations where I share case studies, whether in discussions with potential clients or on social media, I prioritize anonymity and confidentiality. I never disclose real personal information without explicit consent and always modify details to protect the identity of those involved while still preserving the essence of the case. When providing client testimonials or referrals, I uphold the same ethical standards. I always seek consent before sharing any information and, when necessary, anonymize data to maintain confidentiality. This demonstrates my unwavering commitment to ethical practice in my profession.
Is there a difference between Traditional Psychotherapy and a BioDecoding session ? Our approach to healing emphasizes a deep understanding of biology and nature's influence on our bodies. We believe that there is a direct connection between emotional conflicts and the human body's tissues or organs. By identifying the root cause of an illness with greater accuracy, we can understand the purpose behind it and provide more effective treatment. Through the Healing Through Consciousness method, we are able to quickly reach the core conflict in 70-80% of cases during the initial consultation. We also provide effective exercises, tools, and techniques for individuals to use on their own, empowering them to address their emotions and achieve immediate relief. Our goal is to help people return to optimal health as quickly as possible.
"Unexpressed emotions will never die. They are buried alive and will come forth later in uglier ways."
